Bake Off: The Professionals Series 9

The search for the best patisserie team in Britain returns tonight as Ellie Taylor and Liam Charles welcome pastry chefs hailing from hotels, restaurants, patisserie shops and small ventures from around the UK.

As ever, they will face two days of testing challenges which have been set by world class top pâtissier experts, Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden.
