Bake Off: The Professionals Series 8

The search for the best patisserie team in Britain returns tonight with Liam Charles, joined by a new host for 2023, Ellie Taylor, as they welcome pastry chefs hailing from hotels, patisserie shops and small ventures from around the UK.

As always, each week they face two days of testing challenges judged by two world class pâtissier experts, Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden.
