Hosts Liam Charles and Tom Allen return to welcome 12 teams of professional pastry chefs, hailing from hotels and businesses across the UK, in the search for the best patisserie team in Britain. The teams face two days of testing challenges judged by two world-class patisserie experts, Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden. Nothing less than perfection will do as the pastry chefs pour all of their patisserie passion, prowess and precision into magnificent creations in a bid to be crowned winners of Bake Off: The Professionals.
