Mary and Paul put on their aprons to show us what they would have done if they had been in the bakers' shoes, taking viewers through 20 different recipes inspired by the series. Paul bakes a chocolate and cherry plaited loaf, blackcurrant and liquorice Swiss roll, Roquefort and walnut loaf, and chocolate volcano fondant puds. Mary rustles up a chocolate and orange swirly tart, lemon and raspberry eclairs, miniature classic coffee and walnut cakes, and elaborate double chocolate entremets.
