For four nights, Comic Relief takes over the Bake Off Tent, with four well-known personalities competing each night to win the title of Comic Relief Star Baker. Mel Giedroyc hosts proceedings, Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood judge the bakes, and Lorraine Pascale goes to Ghana to see how Comic Relief can really change lives.
